He has been very responsive to any questions we have had. We added a new roof to our field house. We had some water get into the field house after a major storm. I asked for their men to come out and look over the roof to make sure there was no problem. They came quickly and went way beyond our expectations in helping find the leak - which we found to be in a wall rather than having anything to do with the roof. Our maintenance men have been trained to repair the roof themselves and have been provided the tools with which to complete the job should it be needed.
