The Texas Building and Procurement Commission (TBPC) established TXMAS as an alternative purchasing method developed from contracts that are competitively awarded by the federal governmental entity of any state for multiple commodities and services at the most favored customer (MFC) prices.
DK Haney Roofing is also a certified "The Interlocal Purchasing System" (TIPS) vendor. TIPS not only puts its vendors through a rigorous pre-screening process, but also pre-negotiates pricing for schools.
